The State of Compassion Training

Prior to developing EnaCT we conducted a series of systematic reviews, pilot studies, and sat down with leading compassion educators to determine the state of compassion education. In doing so we discovered that compassion training in healthcare was impeded by a number of significant limitations.

EnACT is a premiere compassion training program that was developed and validated to address these gaps. The evidence and impact of EnACT is clear and convincing—it changes practice, enhances workplace wellbeing, transforms organizations, and importantly, improves compassionate care to patients. The results speak for themselves.
